SchoolPass
SchoolPass is used for the following operations:
Campus Visitors - Parents, vendors, guests and all non-staff (replacement for Raptor)
Students - Self Checkin/Checkout - Late Arrival or Early Dismissal
Parent App - Submitting Absences, Late Arrivals or Early Dismissals
Please Note: SchoolPass kiosks (displayed below) are located at ALL receptionist desks (Elementary, Upper School, Preschool and Silverdale Center)
What is the SchoolPass experience?
Parent App - Parents ONLY, student are NOT to have the parent's credentials

Parent Credentials - email sent at the beginning of the school year
Account set up via link in email
App Use
Setting up your account - You will receive an email from SchoolPass on Monday August 7th. Instructions for setting up your account and downloading the SchoolPass App will be included. Note your Quick PIN for pickups or drop offs!
Inputting your student(s) information - Just open the SchoolPass App, sign in as a parent with your credentials, tap the Plus Sign, then input (Early Pickup, Late Arrival, Absent) on the date needed.
Students - Upper School (MS and HS)
Late Arrivals - students can check in using a SchoolPass Kiosk
Touch "Sign In", scan student QR Code or enter Quick PIN (Student ID number)
Early Dismissals - students can check out using a SchoolPass Kiosk
Touch "Sign Out", scan student QR Code or enter Quick PIN (Student ID number)
Absences - put in by parents through their app (iOS App Store = SchoolPass)
Students are NEVER to have the parent's login credentials for SchoolPass!

Photo of QR - Students should take a picture on their phone of the QR code - can be scanned at kiosk
Campus Visitors (replaces Raptor) - parents vendors, guests and all non-staff
ALL Visitors - must use the kiosks at each entrance
Driver's License - held to iPad camera for scan
Sticker - Visitor Sticker is printed at the Receptionist Desk

Step 1 = Tap Sign In or Sign Out
Step 2 - Scan QR code or Type ID
Step 3 - If parent, check students
Using the SchoolPass App (parents only)
Login - Credentials emailed to you
Select Student(s), Tap Plus Sign (+)
Select excuse being made
Add Details for excuse in Notes
