SBA strives to strike a balance between consistently listening to the parents of our SBA Students and leading the way into new technologies used in the classroom and that our students will face in business and higher education.

In the spring of 2012, SBA initiated a survey of our parents regarding upcoming requirements for Student Learning Devices and the following are the results:

Respondents - 57% of recipients of the survey responded.
    - 88% agreed that students should have an electronic learning device (Apple iPad) for classroom learning.
    - 84% agreed that it was reasonable that they would need to purchase a learning device for upper school students sometime during their secondary education.
    - 64% of students currently have a device dedicated to their educational process.
    - 76% of those that own devices own iPads

Based this information and other significant advantages of all students having an identical learning device, SBA is committed to prayerfully deciding on classroom requirements for the 2012 and 2013 school years.
